The Prayer RooM
Come and pray
One Heart. One Song. One Thing.
The prayer room is an invitation to pursue intimacy with God, in fellowship with one another. Inspired by what we read about God’s heavenly throne room (Rev 4-5) and what we see patterned in David’s tabernacle (1 Chr 16) we combine musical worship with prayer. This creates an enjoyable atmosphere where we encounter God’s heart as we sing to Him and then respond with confident intercession, finding agreement in His word.

How to Engage In the Prayer Room
During Worship and Prayer
Our worship and prayer times are usually 2 hours led by a worship leader or worship team, and may be a structured progression of worship with the word and intercession or an unstructured offering of worship.
Worship With The Word
The team will sing out a portion of scripture together, creating a dynamic environment to sit in His word, listen for His voice and respond in worship.
Intercession
Everyone in the room will be invited into a focused time of intercession for Greater Manchester, for Justice or for the Nations, while the team continue to fuel and facilitate our prayer. We use prayers and promises from the Bible to find and express agreement. Everyone is welcome to come and share their own prayer during this time.
An Offering of Worship
The worship leader will make a personal offering of ministry to the Lord, cultivating an environment that invites you to pursue intimacy, devotion and intercession for yourself.
This time is yours. It's you & the Lord. Bring your bible, your prayer list, your favourite devotional book or whatever else you might use to inspire your private time with the Lord. This is a sacred moment, so as long as you are considerate of others and how they are engaging with the Lord you are free to engage in your own way.
During Devote
Family
“Teach the next generation to declare the praises of God.” Come and enjoy being with your children before the Lord.
Bible
“Meditate on His word day and night”. God wants you to meet Him in His word, all you need is a bible.

“He fills us with his spirit to make artistic designs”. What you create expresses your worship; you’re welcome to use our arts resources while you’re here.
